In the artist's words

Initially trained as an engineer and holding an MBA from HEC Paris, I pursued a first career in the automotive and aerospace industries before embarking, ten years ago, on a profound shift towards the humanities, therapy, and creative expression. Now a writing-based psychoanalyst in private practice, visual art is a direct extension of my exploration of the soul and social connection.

This human quest has been shaped through diverse clinical and body-oriented training: psychoanalysis, Michael White's Narrative Practices, restorative mediation, mindfulness and compassion, Creative Journaling, as well as performing arts such as clowning and Theatre of the Oppressed, and laughter yoga. Writing occupies a central place in my life, manifesting itself both in the writing of an autobiography and in leading writing workshops, creative journaling, and narrative practices such as the Tree of Life and the Hero's Journey.

It was in 2021, during a Creative Journaling workshop to become a facilitator, that my artistic awakening occurred. This medium allowed me to explore diverse worlds with a wealth of tools: paint, ink, oil and dry pastels, chunky paper, collage, and more, all blended together to capture the energy of the moment. To solidify and persevere in this pictorial practice, I deepened my technique by participating in life drawing workshops with Guillaume Delorme, as well as the Amateur Practices program at the Beaux-Arts. Marked by my first major exhibition in 2022, dedicated to the works from my Creative Journal, my work blends bodies in motion, narrative staging, and bursts of energy. I regularly exhibit one or two pieces created during the year in group exhibitions.
